The gift delivery service has been designed with you in mind. We offer exceptionally prompt service and quality of products delivered directly to your door at very reasonable prices.
In case of any Problem
If you are having problems with the gift order forms, you may send your order via Email. - Every Gift order should be given a time span of 48 hrs, before the desired delivery time of yours.
- Delivery on Sundays: Delivery on Sundays can only be done if the gift order (along with payment) is received before Saturday 12:00 hrs (Indian Standard Time). Otherwise the delivery will be made next day, Monday.
- Gift orders are accepted by Bengalnet through its parent company - KSG Corp's Paypal account. Payments may be made in US dollars or any other currency accepted by Paypal. This way your payments are accepted immediately and processed with no delay. As soon as we receive payment your gift is ready for delivery in Kolkata. Gifts with no dates are delivered immediately, while those that are date specific are delivered on the date you requested. Typically the total turn-around period from the time you place your order to the time your gift is delivered in Kolkata is just 48 hours. The customer is most important to us. If you wish to send a rush delivery and don't have time to send a cheque, we can help you too. Just send an Email to gifts@ksgcorp.co.in telling us your order number and your payment details, and we'll execute your order while your cheque is on its way.
- Each delivery pack from Bengalnet in Kolkata includes:
- Your choice of gift item
- A free greeting card with your message on it
- A Bengali or English reply message from the receptor of the gift to the sender. This will be collected at the time of delivery and sent as email to the sender.
- Gifts containing sweets will be picked up from any one of the following shops:
Nepal Sweets,Ganguram, Mouchak, Haldiram's, Sen Mahasay, Gupta Brothers, Parashuram (Howrah), Dulal Ghosh (Howrah), Bhimnag.
Please note that we cannot accept orders from a specific shop. We have contracts with the above shops to pick up gifts. These shops are the most reputed shops in the area and is your guarantee for top quality product. Sweets will be purchased at one of the above shops nearest to the area of delivery. - Gifts will be delivered within a 15KM radius of Central Kolkata (including Howrah city). Delivery outside this zone will be at a special delivery charge of USD 10.00. If you are requesting delivery to a zone outside our delivery area, please add product ID DE_1 to your shopping cart. This will add the extra delivery charge to your bill and enable us to take the consolidated amount from your credit-card in one transaction.
- We also process special order gifts - those that you do not see in our catalog. Just send an Email to gifts@ksgcorp.co.in telling us about the gift and your contact number and we'll send you the quotation immediately. Emergency orders or jobs to be executed immediately in Kolkata are also accepted in this scheme.
- Your gift order will be delivered with the understanding that the receiver will accept it. If for some personal reason (not related to the quality and quantity of the gift) the gift is refused by the receiver, the payment for the order cannot be refunded.
